SMS Privacy Policy

This SMS Privacy Policy applies to the text messaging program operated by PJ Too Inc, doing business as Lawn Doctor (“Lawn Doctor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an independently owned and operated Lawn Doctor franchise serving Monmouth and Ocean County, New Jersey. It governs mobile information collected through our SMS signup form at lawn-doctor.quinnlabs.ai/sms and through our other opt-in channels.
Information we collect
When you sign up for our text messaging program, we collect your mobile phone number, your name, and optionally your town. For every opt-in we also record the date and time of your consent, the exact disclosure text shown to you at the time, the web address where you signed up, and the IP address of the device used, so that we can demonstrate your consent if asked.
How we use mobile information
We use your mobile number only to send you the marketing messages you signed up for: seasonal lawn care offers and personalized service quotes from Lawn Doctor. Consent collected through our signup form covers marketing text messages only.
We do not share your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile number or your opt-in data. The only parties who process your mobile information are service providers acting on our behalf and under contract, solely to operate the messaging program: our messaging platform provider (Twilio) and Quinn Labs LLC, which manages the program for us. These providers may not use your information for their own marketing purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies, approximately 2–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages. You may also reply HELP for help, or call our office at (732) 797-2405.
Data retention
We retain your opt-in record, including the consent evidence described above, for as long as you remain subscribed and for at least four years after you opt out, in order to comply with our record-keeping obligations under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the mobile information we hold about you by calling (732) 797-2405. Deleting your opt-out record is not possible where retention is required to honor your opt-out.
