These terms govern the Lawn Doctor text messaging program operated by PJ Too Inc, doing business as Lawn Doctor (“Lawn Doctor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an independently owned and operated Lawn Doctor franchise serving Monmouth and Ocean County, New Jersey.
Program description
Our text messaging program sends marketing messages: seasonal lawn care offers and personalized service quotes to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Consent to this program covers marketing text messages only and is collected separately from any other consent.
How to opt in
You may join the program by:
- Completing the signup form at lawn-doctor.quinnlabs.ai/sms and checking the consent box, which is not pre-checked; or
- Scanning the QR code printed on a Lawn Doctor postcard mailed to your home, which opens the same signup form.
By opting in you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Lawn Doctor at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies, approximately 2–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details; we are not responsible for charges from your carrier.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further messages unless you rejoin. You may rejoin at any time by replying START or by signing up again at lawn-doctor.quinnlabs.ai/sms.

Supported carriers and delivery
The program is available on most major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by network conditions or your device settings.
Privacy
Your mobile information is handled as described in our SMS Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
